Wow, these folks were fantastic! They made a unpleasant dental crisis as comfortable as possible. They took me in on a moment's notice, scheduled follow-up sessions with alacrity, and provided genuine caring to assuage my trepidations. Furthermore, each interaction across the team was professional and personable. They patiently answered each of my questions and I felt genuinely knowledgeable about my dental health situation. Finally, they resolved my pain and all of the resultant problems that had sprung up around it. If you need an Oregon City dentist I recommend this team without reservation.

I can't recommend Oregon City Smiles enough. I needed two implants and Dr. Ji did an excellent job. He explains everything thoroughly. Everyone at the office is friendly and makes you feel welcome and valued.

This clinic did very thorough work, perhaps even recommending more than I needed. However, their receptionists are downright rude if you have any issues to work through with the clinic. Over a year and a half ago I was told I could no longer make any appointments with the clinic because I had missed two appointments (canceled Day of or within 24 hours--i get it, that's my fault) and that if I wanted to see anyone at their clinic I could call day-of to try and get in (Super impractical for any heavy dental work like I needed). Prior to that, I had undergone a ton of dental work there! Filings, descaling, etc. The receptionists were very rude when telling me this, but since it was my fault for canceling last minute, I accepted it and just didn't go back. A month ago (over a year and a half later) I get a bill for $100 for two missed appointments! This was never communicated to me when we spoke about the appointments and my ability to make appointments was revoked, and they never sent a bill for this. They also aren't able to show me any signed paperwork verifying that this was their policy at the time. I called them to dispute the bill and the primary receptionist was very rude about it and told me they would take me to collections. Eventually I asked to speak to their manager and the conversation was a lot smoother and bill was reset to zero. Going to the dentist is hard enough for me, and obviously I'm not the right person for this clinic. But if you do have any issues, I would go right to the office manager because the receptionists are not helpful or kind.

Got me in right away for an emergency dental procedure. The staff was really nice and the doctor was terrific! Looks like I found a new dentist up in Oregon City. Thank you! I'm so appreciative to all of you for helping me.
